1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.xavtron.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service of XavTron R&D Lab. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

2. About XavTron R&D Lab

XavTron is a student-run R&D lab based in Bangladesh, founded in 2025. We collect student ideas, research them, find sponsors, build projects, and launch products.

3. Website Use

You may browse freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

4. Idea Submissions

When you submit an idea via email, you confirm it is yours. Submitting does not create a legal agreement. If selected, we contact you to discuss credit and ownership. No idea is built without your consent.

5. Sponsorships and Donations

All sponsorship and donation discussions occur via direct email. No transactions are made through this website. Any relationship is governed by a separate written agreement.

6. Lab Access & NFC ID Cards

Core members are issued NFC-based ID cards for secure lab access and verification. Each card has a unique encrypted identifier linked to the member's profile. Members must not share, clone, or lend cards. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards must be reported immediately to support.xavtronlabs@gmail.com. XavTron reserves the right to deactivate any card for security. NFC data is stored locally and never sold.

7. Intellectual Property

XavTron name, logo, tagline, website design, and original content are IP of XavTron R&D Lab. Student ideas remain student's IP until agreement.

8. No Warranty

This website is provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied. We strive for accuracy but make no guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

XavTron R&D Lab, its members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or lab access system.

10. External Links

Our website links to Facebook and Instagram. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their content.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated date.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to Bangladeshi courts.
